Dental Implantology is a relatively new discipline of dentistry.  As such, techniques and materials are constantly evolving to improve outcomes for patients.  It would be naïve to believe we know all there is about dental implantology.

At MGimplants we recognise this.  That is why Matthew frequently attends:

  • Courses home and abroad
  • Regional study club meetings with the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI ) and the International Team For Implantology (ITI)
  • Conferences and congresses
  • Peer group meetings and discussions

In fact, such is Matthew's enthusiasm for learning, he usually attends at least one event per month.

To monitor our success, we document and record many aspects of the treatment we provide.  This allows us to audit our treatments and understand what influences success and importantly, how complications can be minimised.

Matthew strongly believes in attaining post graduate qualifications from recognised and respected institutions.  This is reflected in his current post graduate qualifications:

MFDS RCS (eng): Membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (2003)

DipImpDent RCS (eng): Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England (2010)

PGDip in Conscious Sedation (Newc): Post Graduated Diploma in Conscious Sedation from Newcastle University (2019)
